Shipping & Returns

Return policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item for store credit or exchange. We do not offer cash refunds.

Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Most orders ship out within 2-3 business days, but delivery times vary depending on your location.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. All garments are quality checked by our staff before departing our warehouse. If you have a quality issue with our products, please reach out to us via email.

Accounts

Account Data

Ansonborough LLC. retains customer data through accounts to provide better & quicker service for our customers. We do not sell any data to third parties.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit from returns/exchanges will always be transferred directly to your account. Most returns & exchange balances will appear in your account within 2-3 business days.

PAYMENTS

Due to our international operations, we offer different currency options depending on where you are shopping from. If you would like to purchase in a different currency, you can always toggle the "$" symbol in our header to your preferences.

Products, Taxes, & Delivery

PRE-ORDERS

Some Ansonborough products are pre-order and/or made to order. These products will generally be completed and shipped 4-6 weeks after purchase.

IMPORT TAXES

Because of our international nature, products can arrive with necessary taxes or duties. In most cases, this is covered by the company and not the consumer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

It is always our focus to make sure products are getting to you exactly how we send them out. If any package is stolen, damaged, or lost on the way, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
